Who Am I?
A visionary Data and Analytics leader with extensive experience building and leading high-performing global data teams. Proven track record in architecting scalable data platforms and driving data democratization through Governance, Automation, and AI-powered insights.
My Story...
My journey into data and analytics began with a foundation in computer science and evolved through years of hands-on experience in revenue, operations, and ultimately healthcare analytics. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led cross-functional teams and built enterprise-scale data platforms across industries—most recently as a Senior Director of Data Science at Teladoc Health, where I transformed how clinical, claims, and operational data are used to drive product strategy, client success, and patient outcomes. From building Member and Client 360 platforms to automating ROI modeling using complex healthcare data, my work has always centered on one core goal: turning data into meaningful, actionable insights.
What drives me is more than just the numbers—it's the real-world impact. Whether helping a care team intervene earlier, supporting clients with better visibility into performance, or enabling executives to make strategic decisions backed by data, I find deep purpose in making information accessible, clear, and powerful. I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse global teams, partnering with product, engineering, and clinical leaders, and mentoring analysts and engineers to grow into confident, impact-driven professionals.
Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my community and passionate about education and mentorship. As the PTA President at Leland High School, I’ve led school-wide initiatives, organized events, and helped fundraise for programs that support both academic and emotional well-being. I also coach and mentor robotics teams through FLL and FRC, judge science fairs, and host math competitions like Math Kangaroo and Noetic Learning. Whether it’s empowering students, supporting educators, or encouraging girls in STEM through my work with Girl Scouts, I find joy in helping others grow and thrive. These experiences ground me, fuel my curiosity, and remind me why building for people always comes first.
Today, I combine technical fluency with strategic thinking to design data ecosystems that are scalable, governed, and human-centered. I’m passionate about using data and AI not just for optimization, but for empathy—powering tools and decisions that improve lives, especially in healthcare. Through this site, I hope to share not only the projects I’ve built, but the values and vision that shape how I work.
